1. Educational use only
Clinic Wingman AI (the "Service"), operated by Book Global LLC, summarizes published clinical and practice-management literature and returns those summaries with citations. Everything the Service produces is general educational information for licensed dental professionals. It is not medical or dental advice, and it is not a professional service of any kind.
2. Not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation
The Service does not examine patients, read radiographs, render diagnoses, plan treatment, or prescribe medication. Nothing it returns is a recommendation for the care of any individual patient. An answer that discusses a dose, a protocol, a material, or a referral threshold is a summary of what the cited literature says, not a direction to apply it.
3. Verify before you use it
Answers are generated by a language model working from retrieved documents. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and a citation can be misread. Before you rely on an answer chairside you must open the cited source, confirm that it says what the answer claims, confirm that it applies to your patient, and apply your own professional judgment. The clinical decision, and responsibility for it, remain yours.
4. No clinician-patient relationship
Using the Service does not create a clinician-patient, consultant, or supervisory relationship between you, your patients, and Book Global LLC. The Service is not a substitute for consultation with a specialist, a pharmacist, or the patient's physician where those are indicated.
5. No patient identifiers
The Service is built for de-identified clinical questions. Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, chart numbers, or any other direct identifier. Our Privacy Policy explains how questions are stored and how to delete them.
6. Sources and affiliation
Sources are indexed from publicly available material under the publishers' terms. Clinic Wingman AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, PubMed, the National Library of Medicine, or any specialty academy, journal, or regulator referenced in an answer.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Book Global LLC is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from reliance on the Service. The Terms of Service govern your use of the Service and contain the full warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability.
