Terms of Service — Clinic Wingman

Plain-English summary: Clinic Wingman is a clinical research tool. It summarizes published evidence with citations. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. You — the licensed clinician — remain responsible for clinical decisions. Use it as a starting point, not as a substitute for your judgment.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Clinic Wingman (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is provided by Book Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for licensed dental professionals in the United States and Canada. For U.S. clinicians we verify your NPI against the NPPES registry at signup; for Canadian clinicians we verify your registration against the applicable provincial or territorial dental regulatory college. You represent that you are at least 18 years old, that the licence or registration number you provide belongs to you, and that it corresponds to an active dental provider record. Access may be withheld or revoked if we cannot verify your licence or if verification later fails on re-check.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Enter protected health information (PHI), patient identifiers, or any data subject to HIPAA;
Use the Service for diagnosis of, treatment of, or prescription for specific identified patients;
Resell, sublicense, or expose the Service to non-clinicians or the general public;
Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, scrape, or extract bulk data via automated means;
Use the Service in any manner that violates law, professional licensing requirements, or third-party rights.

4. Clinical disclaimer

The Service is a clinical research and educational tool, not a medical device. Responses summarize published evidence and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Every response is for educational and research purposes only and is not a substitute for clinical judgment, examination, or diagnosis. You remain solely responsible for any clinical decision made for any patient.

Nothing on or in the Service constitutes a recommendation to use a specific drug, device, technique, or vendor on a specific patient. Where the Service identifies a drug, dose, or protocol, you must independently verify against current authoritative sources and your own clinical assessment before acting.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Book Global LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your individual professional use during the term of your account.

Citations and source materials retrieved from third parties (PubMed, ADA, specialty academies, etc.) remain the property of their respective rights holders.

6. Your content

You retain rights to the queries you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process them as needed to operate and improve the Service, including to generate aggregated, de-identified analytics. We do not claim ownership of your queries beyond what is necessary to run the product.

7. Pricing

The Service is currently free for licensed US and Canadian dental professionals. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers, usage limits, or industry-funded features in the future. Any change that would convert the core dentist-facing service from free to paid will be announced with at least 30 days notice.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that fail licence verification on re-check, or that pose a security or reputational risk to the Service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOK GLOBAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN ANY EVENT, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Book Global LLC from any claim arising out of (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, (b) your clinical decisions or care provided to any patient, or (c) any PHI you may have entered into the Service in violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
